Manufacturing Lease Law and Legal Definition
Manufacturing Lease Agreement is a legal agreement between a Lessor and a Lessee to lease a certain Premises for a specified term, for manufacturing use. A Manufacturing Lease is entered into by a Lessor and Lessee and involves the leasing of a space or area to be used as a Manufacturing Building. A manufacturing Lease includes general terms like the names and addresses of both parties. Also the date of the Lease should be specified. The address of the space being leased as well as the size of the space that is leased and such other clauses are also included. A written lease should be prepared and signed whenever property is rented, to reduce the likelihood of misunderstandings between the Lessor and the Lessee regarding the rental arrangement.
