Marketing Premises Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2801 (8), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 55. Petroleum Marketing Practices; Franchise Protection] the term marketing premises means, “in the case of any franchise, premises which, under such franchise, are to be employed by the franchisee in connection with the sale, consignment, or distribution of motor fuel.”
