Master Calendar Law and Legal Definition
A master calendar is a document used for identifying the hearing circuits for a specific week for all State Hearing Division (SHD) units. The master calendar is printed by the State Hearing System (State Hearing System). It is then distributed to each Presiding Judge about ten (10) calendar days before each week of hearings. The Presiding Judge then assigns hearing calendars or circuits to judges in each SHD unit.
