Material Reciprocity Law and Legal Definition
Material reciprocity is an agreement by which the state who makes the agreement agrees to extend to foreign nationals who are domiciled in their state the same legal rights that the foreign government extends to the host state citizens inside the foreign country. These types of agreements have now become outdated. Material Reciprocity is often called as mutuality.
