Microenterprise Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 6901 (10), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 95. Microenterprise Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program] the term microenterprise means “a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation that--
(A) has fewer than 5 employees; and
(B) generally lacks access to conventional loans, equity, or other banking services.”
