Microfinance Network Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2214a (9) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 32. Foreign Assistance; International Development; Other Programs; Microenterprise Development Assistance; Miscellaneous Provisions], the term microfinance network means “an affiliated group of practitioner institutions that provides services to its members, including financing, technical assistance, and accreditation, for the purpose of promoting the financial sustainability and societal impact of microenterprise assistance.”
