Military Caregiver leave refers to a leave granted to eligible military employees in order to care for a covered service member with a serious injury or illness. It is a significant military family leaves provision. An eligible employee who is the spouse, son, daughter, parent, or next of kin of a covered service member with a serious injury or illness may take job-protected leave to provide care to a service member.
