Ministerial Law and Legal Definition
Ministerial means, of or relating to a minister of religion or the minister's office. That which is done under the authority of a superior, opposed to judidial, is a ministerial act.
"Ministerial" is defined by Webster's International Dictionary as of the nature of those acts or duties belonging to the administration of the executive function. [State v. Herrman, 115 Ohio App. 271, 274 (Ohio Ct. App., Montgomery County 1961)].
