Missile Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2797c (1) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 39. Arms Export Control; Control of Missiles And Missile Equipment or Technology], the term missile means a category I system as defined in the MTCR Annex, and any other unmanned delivery system of similar capability, as well as the specially designed production facilities for these systems.
