Mitigation Action Plan [Energy] Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 1021.104 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter X Department of Energy (General Provisions); Part 1021 National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedures; Subpart A General], Mitigation Action Plan means “a document that describes the plan for implementing commitments made in a DOE EIS and its associated ROD, or, when appropriate, an EA or FONSI, to mitigate adverse environmental impacts associated with an action.”
