Mobile Station Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (28), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term mobile station means “a radio-communication station capable of being moved and which ordinarily does move.”
