Moot Court Law and Legal Definition
Moot Court is a fictional or imaginary trial conducted in a mock court. Usually, moot courts are conducted by law schools. Moot courts are part of the curriculum and are conducted as training for future lawyers. In a moot court, a case is selected and the participants act as lawyers for both the parties. They put forth arguments which are decided by judges to that hearing.
