Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2797c (4) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 39. Arms Export Control; Control Of Missiles And Missile Equipment Or Technology], the term MTCR (Missile Technology Control Regime) Annex means the Guidelines and Equipment and Technology Annex of the MTCR, and any amendments thereto.
