Multihandicapped Law and Legal Definition
Multihandicapped refers to the physical state of a person having different related impairments. The impairments may be in such a way that it causes severe educational problems. Any one of the handicap among them may become a negative factor in accommodating the person in special education programmes. For example; mentally retarded-blind, mentally retarded-orthopedically impaired. A deaf - blind person does not include in this category.
