Multiperil Insurance Law and Legal Definition
Multiperil Insurance contract that insures more than one peril or cause of loss within the policy such as home owner’s policy that covers losses from fire, theft and personal injury. For example, an "all-risk" property policy is multiperil. It is not the same as multiline, which is coverage for more than one line of insurance, such as property and liability.
