Mutual Security Program Law and Legal Definition
Mutual security program is facilitated by the Mutual Security Act, a federal legislation enacted in 1951. Mutual security program makes provision for providing military assistance to nations or to mutual defense organizations eligible to receive assistance. It also facilitates the purchase of goods or services in friendly nations. The mutual security program also provides for the development of new markets on a mutually beneficial basis and also provides for grants-in-aid to increase production for domestic needs in friendly countries.[ 22 USCS § 1754]

4.Special assistance and other programs;
