Panel Physician Law and Legal Definition
Panel physician refers to an overseas Doctor who is appointed by a local U.S. Embassy or Consulate. The doctor is appointed by the Consulate in order to offer medical exams as required by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and USCIS. The USCIS does not accept medical examinations that are not administrated by a Panel Physician.
