Parenting Order Law and Legal Definition
A parenting order refers to an order issued by a family court ordering the day-to-day care of a child, when there is a possibility of an outsider influence. It is also passed when parents or guardians agree on the arrangements for the care of children and have prepared a written parenting agreement. A parenting order is an executable order.
