Parenting time expeditor is a neutral person. A parenting time expeditor is an individual who is named in a court order to provide assistance to parents by enforcing, interpreting, clarifying and addressing circumstances not specifically addressed by an existing parenting time order. A parenting time expeditor’s duty is to interpret, clarify and address issues that are not covered by a court order or to enforce an existing parenting plan agreement and order. A parenting plan expeditor can be used to resolve a single dispute or can stay working with the parents over a period of time. Each parent advices the parenting time expeditor regarding the issue and the parenting time expeditor makes a determination as regards what will happen or whether the order was violated.
