Part 1 Violent Crimes Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 3796ee-9 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 46. Justice System Improvement; Juvenile Accountability Block Grants], the term "part 1 violent crimes" means murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault as reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for purposes of the Uniform Crime Reports.
