Party Committee Law and Legal Definition
According to 11 CFR 100.5 [Title 11. Federal Elections; Chapter I. Federal Election Commission; Subchapter A. General; Part 100. Scope And Definitions (2 U.S.C. 431); Subpart A. General Definitions], the term 'party committee' means a political committee which represents a political party and is part of the official party structure at the national, State, or local level.”
