Party Jury is a term used to name a jury composed of half natives and other half foreigners. It is the common meaning of the la jury de medietas linguae .This was advocated for the purpose of non-citizens to receive fair treatment under the law. Use of jury de medietas linguae was advocated in the United states also, with an aim to achieve minority representation in the jury box. But it does not exist.
