Passport Agent Law and Legal Definition
According to 22 CFR 50.1 [Title 22; Foreign Relations; Chapter I; Department of State; Subchapter F; Nationality and Passports; Part 50; Nationality Procedures], 'passport agent' means a person designated by the Department(Department of State of the United States of America) to accept passport applications.
