Patent and Trademark Depository Library a library that is designated by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) to receive copies of patents, CD-ROMs that contains registered and pending marks and patent and trademark materials which are made available to the public for free. The libraries also actively disseminate patent and trademark information. The library also offers internet access to the PTO's online collections.
