Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Treaty Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2595c (3) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 35. Arms Control And Disarmament; On-Site Inspection Activities], the term Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Treaty means “the Treaty Between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Underground Nuclear Explosions for Peaceful Purposes (signed at Washington and Moscow, May 28, 1976).”
