Performance Partnership Agreement (Environmental Law) Law and Legal Definition
According to 40 CFR 35.102, a performance partnership agreement is a negotiated agreement signed by the Environmental Protection Agency’ Regional Administrator and an appropriate official of a State agency and designated as a performance partnership agreement. Performance partnership agreement set out jointly developed goals, objectives, and priorities; the strategies to be used to meet them; the roles and responsibilities of the State and EPA; and the measures to be used in assessing progress.
