Permanent Nuisance Law and Legal Definition
Permanent nuisance is a nuisance of such a character and existing under such circumstances that it will be presumed to continue indefinitely, being at once necessarily productive of all the damage which can ever result from it. [Shelley v. Ozark Pipe Line Corp., 327 Mo. 238, 242 (Mo. 1931)]
