Person Holding a Casino Interest Law and Legal Definition
A Person holding a casino interest is an individual who holds at least some interest in a casino licensee or casino enterprise. S/he may be or can be a partner, officer, key employee, or managerial employee of the casino licensee or casino enterprise. A person holding casino interest may be an officer of the person who holds interest in the casino licensee or casino enterprise. Spouses and children of the above mentioned persons may also be a person holding a casino interest.
