Personal tort is a wrong against a person. Personal tort includes all injuries to a person, whether to reputation, feelings, or to the body. A tort which is not an injury to property is a personal tort. [Gray v. Blight, 112 F.2d 696, 699 (10th Cir. Colo. 1940)]
