Pessimi Exempli Law and Legal Definition
Pessimi exempli means of the worst example or a very bad precedent. For example, if a person is acquitted of a crime by stating that the reason that s/he committed the same is because s/he was under the influence of alcohol, then it can be counted as a pessimi exempli.
