Pet Sitting Contract Law and Legal Definition
The Pet Sitting Contract (“Contract”) is a document under which a "Pet Sitter" contracts to provide services for a "person” or “business." Under this agreement, the Pet Sitter is an independent contractor with respect to the Company, and not an employee of the Company. This Contract cannot be used if the Pet Sitter is really an employee of the Company. In this Contract, a pet sitter agrees to provide services for a business or an individual. However, the pet sitter is not an employee of the business or individual that is contracting for services.
