Physical Security Measures Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 3203 (4) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 47. Nuclear Non-Proliferation], the term physical security measures means measures to reasonably ensure that source or special nuclear material will only be used for authorized purposes and to prevent theft and sabotage.
