Polar Bear Part or Product Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 1423 (4), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 31. Marine Mammal Protection; Polar Bears] the term part or product of a polar bear means “any polar bear part or product, including the gall bile and gall bladder.”
