According to 10 CFR 709.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 709 Counterintelligence Evaluation Program; Subpart A General Provisions], polygraph examination records means “all records of the polygraph examination, including the polygraph report, audio-video recording, and the polygraph consent form.”
