Polygraph Test Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 709.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 709 Counterintelligence Evaluation Program; Subpart A General Provisions], polygraph test means “that portion of the polygraph examination during which the polygraph instrument collects physiological data based upon the individual's responses to questions from the examiner.”
