Pooled Financing Issue [Internal Revenue] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 26 CFR 1.150-1 [Title 26 Internal Revenue; Chapter I Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury; Subchapter A Income Tax; Part 1 Income Taxes; Normal Taxes and Surtaxes; Computation of Taxable Income; Tax Exemption Requirements for State and Local Bonds], the term Pooled Financing Issue means “an issue the proceeds of which are to be used to finance purpose investments representing conduit loans to two or more conduit borrowers, unless those conduit loans are to be used to finance a single capital project.”
