Porcine Animal Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 4802 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 79, Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information), the term "porcine animal" means “a swine raised for--
(A) feeder pigs;
(B) seed stock; or
(C) slaughter.”
