Portable emergency isolation treatment center means a movable, quickly transportable and assembled shelter to house or keep in isolation, patients who are exposed to an intentional or natural epidemic or disaster. It is a place where large groups of patients can be treated without contaminating an irreplaceable or costly existing structure. After use, the structure can be discarded safely by burning it.
