Pursuant to 18 CFR 375.202 (Title 18, Conservation Of Power And Water Resources Chapter I, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; Department Of Energy Subchapter W, Revised General Rules Part 375, The Commission; Subpart B, Procedures Under The Government In The Sunshine Act ) the term Portion of a Commission Meeting means “the consideration during a meeting of a particular topic or item separately identified in the notice of Commission meeting.”
