Positive Justice Law and Legal Definition
Positive justice is justice what the law announces as just. It means justice as it is judged, established and incompletely expressed by the civil law or some other form of human law. It although always administered, is often imperfect and incomplete. It has been classified into public and private law. It includes all the residue of legal principles and all those rules which concern the subjects of the state in their relation to each other. Several studies indicate that positive justice perceptions lead to more cooperative behaviors among employees. It is also called as legal justice.
