Post-Judgment Discovery Law and Legal Definition
Discovery conducted after rendering of the judgment is known as post-judgment discovery. Usually, a post-judgment discovery is conducted to determine the nature of the judgment debtor’s assets or in order to obtain testimony for use in proceedings in the future. A post-judgment discovery is also known as post-trial discovery.
