Postsecondary Education Tech Prep Student [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 2302 (23) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 44. Career and Technical Education], the term postsecondary education tech prep student means “a student who--
(A) has completed the secondary education component of a tech prep program; and
(B) has enrolled in the postsecondary education component of a tech prep program at an institution of higher education described in clause (i) or (ii) of section 203(a)(1)(B) [20 USCS § 2373].”
