Power District Law and Legal Definition
Power district refers to an improvement district organized to establish and administer a project for the creation and distribution of electric power to consumers. It also refers to a district created as a special assessment district to function in the making and collection of special assessments for funds to build a power plant to be administered by a municipality or county.
