Prayer of Process Law and Legal Definition
Prayer is that part of a bill which asks for relief. Prayer of process is the conclusion in a bill in equity requesting the issuance of a subpoena if the defendant fails to answer the bill. This prayer must contain the names of all persons who are intended to be made parties.
