Pre-Inspection (Immigration) Law and Legal Definition
Pre-inspection refers to the act of complete immigration inspection of airport passengers before departure from a foreign country. Further immigration inspection is not required upon arrival in the United States other than submission of INS Form I-94 for nonimmigrant aliens.
