Precludi Non Debet Law and Legal Definition
Precludi non debet is a Latin term. It means ‘he ought not to be barred.’ In early days, this phrase was used to refer to the beginning of a plaintiff’s reply to a plea in bar, in which the plaintiff opposes to being barred from maintaining the action.
