Premises or Facilities [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 108.3 (l) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter I -- Office for Civil Rights, Department of Education; Part 108 -- Equal Access to Public School Facilities for the Boy Scouts of America and Other Designated Youth Groups], the term premises or facilities means “all or any portion of buildings, structures, equipment, roads, walks, parking lots, or other real or personal property or interest in that property.”
