Prepaid Calling Card Distributor Law and Legal Definition
The term prepaid calling card distributor means “any entity or person that purchases prepaid calling cards from a prepaid calling card provider or another prepaid calling card distributor and sells, resells, issues, or distributes such cards to one or more distributors of such cards or to one or more retail sellers of such cards.” Ramirez v.
