Presidentially-Declared Disaster Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 300.3 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter III -- Economic Development Administration, Department of Commerce; Part 300 -- General Information], Presidentially-Declared Disaster means “a major disaster or emergency declared under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.).”
