Product Jurisdiction Officer Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 3.2 [Title 21 -- Food and Drugs; Chapter I -- Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services], product jurisdiction officer is “the person or persons responsible for designating the component of FDA with primary jurisdiction for the premarket review and regulation of a combination product or any product requiring a jurisdictional designation under this part.”
